There's a new sheriff in town at De Centrum Residences. The management company of DeCentrum has changed from SFPM to another company, JL Management Facilities. Basically the residences voted out SFPM after some unsatisfactory performance for years until 2019.
The new management's email has been changed to decentrum.management@gmail.com while the bank accounts still remain (CIMB account ending 9929). Proof of payments have to be directed email to decentrum.payment@gmail.com.
The number of the management office also still remains at 03-89220018.
They have a whatsapp number for quick queries on outstanding services chrages at 011-64308919.
JL Management Facilities currently seems to be managing a few well known development like
