Bajet 2015, Budget 2015 - MRT2 approved by cabinet

Some great news to buyers of Decentrum, our prime minister Mr Najib has approved 21billion package for the construction of MRT2. This was announce in Budget 2015.

The line will start from Selayang and then end in Putrajaya. Previously Ho Chin Soon Research predicted it will be from Sungai Buluh to Putrajaya but it was not to be. However, as the final station is Putrajaya, it is very likely one of the stations will be near Uniten University, which Decentrum area will also benefit from this.

Site progress as of August 2014. Foundation has been build and developer already requested for 2 payments 20%. Currently development is until 4th floor which is considered to be the shopping area.

The SOHO and Residences all start from 10th floor onwards. Progress seems a bit slow compared to other developments in the area like UNIV360 etc.
