De Centrum City developer Protasco is opening registration to Rimbawan Residences at their website .
  • 4 tower blocks with 504 units
  • 13 exclusive villas (3450 sqft) with individual plunge pools
  • sizes of 875 sqft to 1330 sqft
  • Targeted at the premium end
  • Targeted completion date is 2018
Their website has been given a facelift to match their upmarket Rimbawan Residence offering.

De Centrum City News Updates 2015-09-22

Update from a newspaper report

  • The De Centrum City mall will be called Gallerie @ De Centrum which will open in February 2016
  • 70% of the shopping centre has been leased out to tenants who will operate a fitness centre, convenience store, pharmacies, book store, fast-food restaurants and a supermarket
  • Next project would be Rimbawan Residences @ De Centrum, a high end residential development which will be launched 4th quarter 2015
  • There will be a shuttle bus from De Centrum City to KVMRT (Klang Valley Mass Rail Transit) Kajang Station.
In preparation for the Rimbawan Residences @ De Centrum launch, the developer Protasco has updated their website and uploaded some artist impressions of the envisioned components in the De Centrum City master plan. It includes a park, waterfront in its master plan which reminds me of Desa Park City, Kepong.

  • Residences units seem up and almost 100% completed
  • SOHO units seem up until 90%
