During the purchase of De Centrum residential units, the developer Protasco promised 1 free air conditioner. You would presume that it includes installation and transport. However, during key collection, developer Protasco gave a coupon to redeem just the air conditioner unit from an electrical shop in Jalan Ipoh. As for purchasers of De Centrum SOHO, this benefit is not included.
The installation for the air conditioner unit costs RM 230, after including GST total is around RM 245. At the same time, the shop keeper probably gets more business because the free air conditioner unit is not enough to cool down the entire condo unit.
