De Centrum Residences has issued letter for Delivery of vacant possession.
The management of the building is given to SF Property Management Sdn Bhd.
In order to get the keys the following items has to be settled.
- Bank has issued the final payment (so far confirmed is Hong Leong and MayBank)
- Maintenance for 3 months (1 quarter) as stipulated by strata titles act. This includes building insurance, sinking funds and 3 months security deposits.
- TNB electricity deposit
Once the 3 items has been settled, you have to make appointment with the credit admin (at the De Centrum sales gallery) to collect keys and do unit inspection. I was told they need 3 days prior notification for unit inspection appointments. During this time all defects has to be recorded and no renovation is permitted to avoid finger pointing disputes.
