Basically how it works is you open an account, start listing your properties for rent. 

SpeedHome is aiming to be a one stop solution to busy landlords by trying to make it hassle free for owners. Their services includes :

One item interesting is the tenant screening features which Speedhome does, it adds more confidence to the landlord by using CTOS/RAM reports..bank statements, some of these documents which the casual landlord normally do not ask for.
